When: Throughout last month and this one?
Where: Miami
[ So!!! For anyone around this Site, there's a small chance they'll find this guy in their face with a... water pistol? There won't be any warning before he just sprays them in the face, his own expression perfectly straight as he does it.
... But other than that, people will have the chance of finding a table often filled with random stuff - bottled water with a note that says "drink me" and snacks that say "eat me".
Also throughout the month, there will often be a pillow fort in one of the lounge areas. And an abundance of Floods wandering around.
While Vanitas isn't responsible for all of this stuff, people are welcome to accuse him of such. ]
